Airtime
charges are calculated from call-connected time with WestLink Plans.
Call-connected airtime starts when you place a call and your called
party answers or when you answer an incoming call.
If no one answers a call you make, you do not get charged for
airtime. If you do not answer
a call that comes to your phone, you do not get charged airtime.
Some carriers start airtime charges as soon as you hit your send or
talk button.
Airtime is billed as follows:
Incoming & Outgoing calls: Every call will generate at
least 1 minute of airtime. Calls over a minute are rounded up to the nearest full
minute.
-
Long
Distance outside of Kansas is billed in full 1-minute increments.
-
Calls
that you make to your voice mailbox are charged airtime.
-
International
calling is available! Additional credit check required.
-
Directory
Assistance calls are charged 99 cents (up to two listings per call)
Receiving Emails to your WestLink phone will NOT cost you
airtime charges! Sending and receiving messages with Text Messaging does not
charge phone airtime either!
Customer's first bill may include any pro-rated charges for
the remaining portion of the month they began service as well as the next month's
recurring charges.
Billing statements will reflect recurring monthly
charges, and any additional charges incurred due to airtime overage, roaming and
long distance. Roaming charges may take additional months to appear on your bill.
