To access your account information online, you will need to register on the website with the following information:

• Account Number

• Social Security Number

• Zip Code

Your Account Number and Zip Code are on your monthly statement received by mail each month. To aid you in finding the correct information, please refer to the example below.

Your Social Security Number is the Social Security number given to WestLink when you created your account.

You will also be asked for a Password and a Key Word or Phrase. You will need your Account Number and Password anytime that you wish to view your account information on the website. The key word or phrase is to assist you in remembering your password.

WestLink Communications does not keep your password. In the event that you forget your password dial *611 on your WestLink phone and ask for your eBill password to be reset. Please have your Account Number and Social Security Number ready for proper identification. After the password has been reset by customer service, you will be able to change the password once you have successfully logged into eBill.
